Hangar 69 is a site for aeromodellers |
|
I have been interested in aero modeling and ordinary aircrafts through my whole life. My main interest is small, simple and rather old aircrafts and models. I have been educated as an aircraft mechanic, and after a year in SAS, I studied to become a pedagogue, and have worked as such for 33 years at an adventure playground, but to day I am retired. I have built, constructed and flown with aero models since I started at school. First it was simple models of a local origin "DMI", later it was controlline models and since 1976 it has mostly been RC-models. I have especially built and flown 2M models and anticipated in a lot of 2M competitions, but ordinary thermal soaring has had my interest too, and especially aero towing has been a great joy of mine. Of motor planes it has mostly been trainers or real oldtimers I have build and flown. At the latest it has been small and indoors elmodels, that has been the great joy of mine. All in all I am an ordinary hobby pilot, who would like share my pictures and experiences, to inspire others to come out and join and enjoy this wonderful hobby. |
Enjoy! |
